This clean is a deep clean ensuring the unit is 100% ready for the next tenant taking the stress off the complex management and the new tenant.

Our Move-Out Cleaning entails the following:

• Kitchen

  • All outer surfaces washed and wiped down

  • Sink scoured

  • All cabinets, drawers, refrigerator, oven, microwave (if applicable) and dishwasher will be wiped out inside and out

    • If oven is self-cleaning, the self-cleaning cycle will need to be ran the day before the scheduled clean date

  • Refrigerator and stove will be moved to allow for cleaning under and behind each appliance

• Floors

  • All floors will be cleaned

    • Linoleum or tile floors will be scrubbed with a degreaser/detergent to remove any and all dirt and grime

    • Hardwood floors will be cleaned and shined with Bono

    • Carpets will be vacuumed thoroughly

• Bathrooms

  • All bathroom areas will be cleaned including all fixtures, inside all cabinets and drawers, showers/tubs, sinks and toilets

  • All mirrors will be cleaned and shined

• Dusting

  • All cobwebs will be removed from ceilings/walls, ceiling fans will be cleaned including globes/light fixtures, blinds, window sills/ledges, baseboards, and inside closets

• Outside Areas

  • Porch/patio floors will be swept and mopped if applicable

    • Will also power wash patio/porch area if necessary (additional fee applies for power washing)

  • Storage room/area

  • Barbeque grills will be cleaned inside and out (if applicable)

• Laundry Areas

  • Washers and dryers (if applicable) will be wiped down inside and out

  • Both will be moved to allow for cleaning under and behind

• Windows

  • Inside of all windows will be cleaned regardless of location level

• Optional Items (* additional fees may apply)

  • Cleaning inside fireplaces (additional fee applies if removal of ashes or debris required)

  • Cleaning outside of windows*

    • We do not clean windows above the first floor

  • Additional fees will also apply should there be an excessive amount of trash/debris to remove from the property
